Glowies was created with a simple vision: to be a cozy, welcoming spot where community and comfort come together over good coffee, hot made-to-order breakfast sandwiches, and house-made baked goods.

Behind Glowies are two people with a shared love for hospitality, Lexie and Tiernan.

Lexie has spent years working front-of-house in the restaurant industry, bringing warmth, care, and genuine connection to every guest she meets. Tiernan is no stranger to coffee—he owned and operated a coffee and gelato shop in Seattle’s Pike Place Market for over two decades. Together, we’re combining our experience and passion to create a space that feels both familiar and fresh.

We designed a menu we truly love to make—and love to eat. It’s simple, satisfying, and crafted with care—the kind of food you want to come back for again and again.
